  1. DC/06/01034/PLF/WESTES - Full Planning Permission
Siting of temporary office unit to side at Westbridge Homes Ltd, Annie Med Lane, South Cave for Westbridge Homes Ltd (one letter of objection received). Cllr Lenton proposed that the Parish Council raises no objections to the application as it has no adverse effect on the property or neighbouring properties; concerns were raised regarding the fact that the term "temporary" was not defined, so we would ask how long is temporary, and it was also suggested that the materials used for such a construction could detract from the visual appearance of the existing building, and have a detrimental effect on the street scene in general, seconded Cllr Harrison, All in favour.

1284Trees
  1. App No. 4537 (s211): fell and prune trees at 10 Station Road, South Cave. Cllr Scott proposed that a letter be sent advising that this is one of the main entry routes into the village and advising the treed character of the area, and that whilst the Parish Council would not like to see these trees felled, Councillors recognise that work may be essential, and that the Council would defer to the ERYC Tree Officer, seconded Cllr Lenton, All in favour.
