Planning Meeting 6th September 2010
The Meeting of South Cave Parish Council Planning Committee took place in the Town Hall, Market Place, South Cave at 7.00pm.

Cllr Marsh proposed apologies be accepted from Cllrs Jamieson, Manley and Lenton, Seconded
Cllr M Turner, All in favour.
1708 Approval of Previous Planning Meeting Minutes (16th August 2010)
Cllr Barnett proposed that the minutes of the meeting of 16th August 2010 be approved and
entered into records as a true and accurate record, Seconded Cllr Munby, vote 6 for, 1 abstention
(not present at meeting).
Cllr Munby declared a personal interest in minute number 1712 (ii).

The Planning Committee noted the above decisions made by ERYC.
1711 Current Plans to consider
(i)DC/10/03189/PLB/WESTES - Listed Building Consent
Replacement windows to all elevations at 8 Church Hill, South Cave for Mrs H Thornham.
Cllr Marsh proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection to the proposal as the replacement windows will enhance the appearance of the property, have no adverse effect on neighbouring properties, the street scene or the conservation area, Seconded Cllr M Turner, All in favour.
(ii)DC/10/02918/PLF/WESTES Full Planning Permission
Erection of outbuilding for use as private office at Park View, 45 Church Street, South Cave for Mr & Mrs Reast.
Cllr Marsh proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection to the existing outbuilding as it has no adverse effect on the property, neighbouring properties or the street scene and has no adverse effect on the conservation area, Seconded Cllr Barnett, All in favour.
(i)App No.10/50178/TCA Remove conifers and replace with laurels at 3 The Paddock, Station Road, South Cave.
Cllr Marsh proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection to the removal of the dying conifers and proposed replacement with laurels, Seconded Cllr Munby, Vote: 6 for, 1 abstention.
(ii)App No.10/60125/TPO Remove two branches from sycamore trees at 27 The Parklands, South Cave.
Cllr L Turner proposed that the Parish Council would raise no objection in principal to the proposed removal of one branch each from two of the sycamore trees and the trimming of a third, but in view of the TPO, would let the final decision be deferred to the East Riding Tree Officer, Seconded Cllr Barnett, Vote: 6 for, 1 abstention.
