(i)DC/09/01596/PLF/WESTES – Full Planning Permission

(ii)DC/09/02194/PLF/WESTES – Full Planning Permission

Erection of 1 no. Dwelling to rear and new garage to 45 West End following demolition of existing outbuilding (Re-submission of 08/03181/PLF) at 45 West End, South Cave for Mr Akam.  Cllr Marsh proposed that whilst the Parish Council raise no objection to the development itself as it has no adverse effect on the property, strong reservations were raised regarding the access, shared drive and possible flood risk.  We would also like to refer to the previous ERYC concerns about the possible damage and detrimental impact, health and stability on existing and adjacent trees within the Conservation Area and would mention that some trees appear to have already been removed, Seconded Cllr Manley, vote: 6 in favour, 2 against.

(i)App No. 6490 (TPO) – prune a tree at 72 Beverley Road, South Cave.

Cllr Marsh proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection to the work, but would request that the light pruning work is sympathetically done by a reputable tree surgeon to leave the tree with as much of its visual amenity value intact, Seconded Cllr M Turner, vote: 7 in favour, 1 against.
