dwelling to form dwelling and adjoining apartment – amended scheme of 08/01244/PLF at 30 West End, South Cave for Sheepdyke Developments Ltd. Cllr Marsh proposed that the Parish Council raise no objection as concerns have been addressed, it has no adverse effect on the property, neighbouring properties or the street scene, subject to materials; it was noted that the previous plans were lacking a flood risk assessment, and so assumed this has been received by the LPA as there was no copy in our consultation documents; also, some concerns were raised regarding the storm canopy over one front door, and would comment that this is not in keeping with the Conservation Area, therefore would not preserve or enhance the Conservation Area, seconded Cllr L Turner, All in favour.
